The prices quoted above, are per person in double room.
The local tax is € 3,00 a person a day.
Reduction for children:
- up to 2 years: 10,00 - 25,00 Euro per day
- 2-5 years: 50 %
- 6-10 years: 40 %
- 11-14 years: 30 %
- Reduction for the third and fourth bed: 20 %

We charge between € 5.00 and € 15.00 for the final cleaning, depending on the length of your stay.

Open sesame
The two entrance doors (west and east entrances) can be unlocked with your room key if you return to the hotel later than 11pm.
You also have access to the underground carpark and bike and ski storage room.
Trip cancellation conditions
High season cancellation conditions:
No right to cancel is set forth in the Italian Consumer Code. Nevertheless, we grant the following cancellation conditions:
Up to 3 months prior to arrival: cancellation is free
For cancellations or changes made up to 14 days prior to the expected arrival date, the deposit is forfeited. For cancellations or changes made up to 3 days prior to the expected arrival date, 50% of the cost of the entire stay must be paid. For cancellations or changes made less than 3 days prior or in the event of a no-show, 100% of the cost of the entire stay must be paid.
